The Foothills Food Bank was established in 1986 and continues to supply groceries to anyone living in East Whatcom County. Families can visit the Food Bank for as long as they need assistance. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and are part of a network of Whatcom County food banks that distribute commodity food resources.
