About Us
Established in 1986, Foothills Food Bank distributes commodity food resources to individuals and families around the region—both at our physical location and by delivery. As part of a network of food banks across Whatcom County, our collaborative efforts include education and support to help people find the resources they need to thrive.
Anyone living in East Whatcom County that needs food can get assistance from us for as long as they need it.
Our Mission
Foothills Food Bank distributes quality, nutritious food to community members in need, and delivers these services with respect and dignity.
Our Success
Last year, Foothills Food Bank served 47,153 individuals in our local community, distributing a whopping 519,517 pounds of food, thanks to over 3,400 hours from our dedicated volunteers.
